Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

You lead and guide the civil/electrical/mechanical erection
companies with regard to working methodology, personnel deployment,
construction site processes and material procurement at our
international power plant construction sites

You are fully responsible for all on-site erection works in regard
to HSE and the on time handover of Turn Over Packages (TOP) to the
commissioning department within the given budget and quality requirements
Your area of responsibility also includes managing the internal site
workers and coordinating the sub-contractors

Manage all Construction Open Points for assigned systems and be the interfaces with other Construction departments in order to ensure the blockings from other disciplines are solved with no impact on Time Schedule

You ensure the correct and timely site progress tracking as well as
information feedback (lessons learnt) using standardized tools
It is your responsibility to comply with standards, regulations,
quality guidelines and safety regulations

Required Skills

You have a degree in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering
You have at least 5 years of project experience in a leading
position (M/E/Civil site lead) on major international construction sites
– complex EPC and/or Consortional Partner (CP) project.

Your time, cost and quality management is pronounced
English fluent in spoken and written is a must, another foreign
language is an advantage

– Very good MS office knowledge

– Fast learning skills, flexible and able to work under pressure
